As the load-bearing carrier and tracks basement of the cutting system ,the bridge and side beam should posses good hardness and wear resistance.Therefore, we use pig iron to cast the cross bridge and side beams,can make sure the structure is stable and durable, grinding and corrosion resistance, can perfectly adapt to the complex stone cutting environment. The connecting seat between the cross bridge and the side beam adopts a special "labyrinth" structure design to balance the weight of the cross bridge and reduce the load of the side beams. There are high-precision tooth rows embedded in the cross bridge with V-shaped slide rails to reduce left and right transmission errors and ensure the cutting quality of slabs . The side beams are embedded with high-precision screw rails to reduce the error of the machine's forward and backward movement and achieve precise segmentation. |

The electric control box of the bridge stone cutter is composed of inverters, air switches, relays, PLC industrial computer, and HDMI display screen. The front and back transmission and the left and right sliding of the machine are controlled by the inverters, and the user can easily adjust the transmission speed. The existence of the air switch can ensure that the machine is not damaged in an extreme voltage environment and increase the service life of the machine. The relays are indicators of electronic signals. When the machine fails, the user can easily determine the problem components. All electronic components are centrally controlled by the PLC industry and work in an orderly manner through preset programs. Users can control through the HDMI display of the machine, easily realize human-computer interaction, monitor the machine's operating status, and adjust the machine's cutting speed etc. |
