For standard polishing machines,the horizontal balance of the machine cross bridge is very important,therefore,WEIYE choose linear guide as the drive tracks of marble line polishing machine.Both side beams set linear guide at the same level,to guarantee machine bridge slides on the track at high speed and low noise.

1) In marble line polishing machine,several polishing heads form a polishing line,normally,it is 16 heads ,or 20 heads.All heads polish marble automatically under program instructions,similar as dancing,well organized.
2) For marble polishing heads,we supply three kinds of choices,5 bricks,7 bricks and 9 bricks.Different model means different abrasive gripping ability,more stronger abrasives grasping ability can help user get higher polishing efficiency.Whatever which kinds of polishing heads,we all embed big size of rubber pads,provides a good decline buffer,reduce decline assault of polishing heads,ensure all polishing heads can rotate smooth and gentle |
