The Dragon Boat Festival,is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese calendar,also called Double Fifth Festival.

It is a Festival to commemorate the death of QU Yuan,an honest and frank poet and statesman who is said to have committed suicide by drowning himself in a river. WEIYE also organize the stuffs who are in charge of the production of granite line polishing machine to celebrate the Festival .

Although the significance of the festival might be different from the past，it still gives the observer an opportunity to glimpse a part of the rich Chinese cultural heritage.
